When will my order ship?+
Every piece is made to order — figure 3–7 business days of handling, then shipping. Most US orders arrive within 5–10 business days total, and you get tracking as soon as it leaves for you.
What if the size is wrong?+
Check the size chart on this page before ordering — made-to-order means exchanges run slower than fast fashion. If something arrives misprinted or damaged, contact us and we will make it right at no cost.
Is the graphic durable enough for a project bag that lives in a car?+
Yes. Designs are printed with inks rated for repeated washing. Turn totes and tees inside-out, wash cold, skip the dryer when you can, and the notation outlasts the canvas in your to-be-kitted pile.
Will non-stitchers understand the design?+
That is rather the point. Insiders read the slant, the mesh count, and the basketweave back instantly; everyone else just sees handsome geometry. The front is for everyone. The back is for us.
